Pricing & Plans
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any billing differences. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?
If you reach your monthly conversion limit or AI Vision credit limit, you'll be notified and can either wait until limits reset with your next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. We never charge overage fees without your consent.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our free plan includes 10 conversions per month with no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan anytime for higher limits, AI Vision, and team features.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan (Starter, Pro, and Scale) starts with a 2-day free trial, on both monthly and annual billing. A card is required to start the trial and billing begins automatically when the 48 hours are up, so cancel before then if it isn't a fit and you won't be charged. Prefer not to enter a card? The free plan needs no card at all.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unable to use the service due to technical issues or service limitations, we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details about why you are unable to use the service.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes! You save approximately 17% when you choose yearly billing. For example, the Pro plan costs $29.99/month or $290/year (equivalent to ~$24.17/month).
Conversions & AI Vision Credits
What is an AI Vision credit?
AI Vision credits only apply when you use AI Vision to process scanned PDFs, images, or complex layouts. 1 credit = 1 page processed with AI Vision. Standard conversions (digital PDFs, Word, Excel, HTML, etc.) don't use credits — they're limited only by your monthly conversion count and file size limit.
How do monthly conversion limits work?
Each plan has a monthly conversion limit (e.g., 500 for Starter, 5,000 for Pro). Each file you convert counts as 1 conversion regardless of page count. There are no page limits for standard conversions — only your plan's file size limit and monthly conversion count apply.
How is URL scraping counted?
Extracting content from a single URL counts as 1 conversion. When using "related pages" crawling (paid plans), each additional page crawled counts as 1 conversion. URL scraping does not use AI Vision credits.
When are AI Vision credits used?
AI Vision credits are only used when you choose to process a file with AI Vision (for scanned PDFs, images, and complex layouts). If you convert files without AI Vision — such as digital PDFs, Word docs, Excel, HTML, etc. — no credits are used at all. Only your monthly conversion count and file size limit apply. AI Vision credits reset with your billing cycle.

How does bulk conversion work?
Upload multiple files at once or ZIP archives. Our system processes them in parallel and provides a single download with all converted files. Available on Starter, Pro, and Scale plans.
What makes outputs "LLM-ready"?
Our Markdown is optimized for AI/LLM consumption with clean formatting, proper heading structures, preserved tables, and metadata that works great with RAG systems and embeddings.

How long do you store my files?
Free users: Files are deleted immediately after conversion. Paid plans: Files are stored securely and you can delete them manually anytime from your dashboard.
