We log only what's necessary for service operation: file type, file size, and conversion status. We never log document content, file names, or anything that could identify what you converted.

How long do you keep my files?
We don't keep them at all. Files are deleted immediately after conversion completes—typically within seconds. There's no retention period, no backup, no archive.
Do you use my documents to train AI?
Absolutely not. Your documents are processed for conversion only. We don't use them for training, improving our service, or any other purpose. What you convert stays yours.
Can your employees see my files?
No. Processing is fully automated. Employees have no access to customer files during or after conversion. Our systems are designed to make human access technically impossible.
